To make these meetings more engaging, we agreed that if any newer people show up we will spend the first half reviewing and revising one or two of the meeting handbook readings. The second half of the meeting would cover business topics in the agenda.

We did a review of the proposed process. Agreed to go into detail over the next three meetings. August will cover the two prep steps, September the two write and revise steps, and October the two edit and revise steps.

We'll collect samples from Amsterdam and NYC and possibly review next month.
