Owner's Rules for Main House
- Throw away their garbage in black bags provided by host.
- Smoking is allowed outside the house in the front or back deck.
- Guest should do their dishes prior to check out
- Amenity passes have to be placed back on kitchen window shade if used (any lost/misplaced badge has a replacement fee of $500.00 each)
- Key be placed in padlock prior to check out
- The garbage is disposed near the main entrance next to member service on Decker Rd. It's about a quarter mile from main entrance on the right hand side going towards the house. Garbage can not be left inside or outside the house prior to departure.
- If you move furniture around, please make sure it goes back to its original place before check-out
- Be good to mother nature, do not litter
- No pets/smoking allowed
- You are provided six 6 amenity badges (any lost/misplaced badge has a replacement fee of $500.00 each)
- Please do not leave trash outside/deck bears, skunks, raccoons will come after it and cause personal/property damage. Trash must be dropped off at the dumpster on decker road (next to member services).
- Please keep music/noise down after 10pm
- Please remove shoes before entering bedrooms/loft (new carpet installed)
- Only flameless battery operated candles allowed
- Guest provide their own wood for fireplace/firepit
- Only 5 vehicles allowed
- Clean Blankets, Pillows & Towels
- 2 Ceiling Fans, 4 Portable Fans, 2 Window ACs
- Toiletries/Paper-Towel
- Please text (or ask Scott to text) to confirm check-out
- Please make sure all thermostats are left at 55, and lights turned off in every room and screened porch
- Dirty towels, pillow covers, sheets to be placed in hamper
- Please do not remove mattress cover
- All dishes/pots must be washed & put away
- Do not leave trash behind. All trash must be taken to main dumpster on decker road (next to member services)
- All six (6) amenity passes must be returned
- Please make sure you close and lock all windows & doors
