PROPOSAL: Our audience for the basic text should be:
1.    Newcomers who don’t attend voice meetings and are building local fellowship themselves.           
2.    Newcomers connected to the international CGAA fellowship via voice meetings.
3.    Newcomers who have zero experience and knowledge of anonymous recovery fellowships.           
4.    Newcomers already familiar with anonymous recovery fellowships.                       
5.    People open to working the steps with the help of a sponsor.
