Post by LearningSerenity »

SUMMARY (full notes with discussion details attached)

Quorum 6 of 7 present (5 needed)

Approval of minutes from December

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=753

Approved unanimously

Incorporation Committee report & issues

Tim will send out a message later today and get things rolling on settling whether it’ll be him or Jeff chairing the IC going forward

Literature committee report and issues

Meeting handbook is the main thing being worked on right now, and progress continues to be made. There are other things to do as well, but no enough energy to tackle them all simultaneously.

Webmaster report and issues

Traffic has been really high for the holiday season, in that it normally dips this time of year and this time it didn’t.

Hotline report

No report...the planned follow-up didn’t happen, but should happen soon. Clarification was offered as to exactly what the GSC wanted in regards to follow-up.

Website reorganization report

The goal is to make it so everything on the site can be accessed either from the homepage, the footer links, or from the members page.

The webmaster purchased Avada as the software to do the development, which is a one-time fee software rather than a subscription, and is wondering if the group will cover it.

The group offered a number of suggestions and comments based on the material set up in the staging area.

Proposal: Reimburse Scott for website fees
Passed unanimously

Proposal: Give Scott a month to finish corrections to the website and vote on it next month
Passed unanimously

Tamir offered to help with QA and compatibility tests
