Website reorganization committee follow-up

Proposal: That the webmaster starts working on the website following the general outlined order of things to do and brings problems and reports to the GSC as a standing monthly item
1) Reorganize things and group them together more effectively in ways that will make it easier for visitors to find the things that are most relevant to them
2) Alter the look and feel (theme) of the website and chose the proper tool or software for implementation
3) Decide on the look of the main page basing on the feedback on what we want to rank as the most important things for a) newcomers and b) members to see, as those are the things that should be the easiest to find.
4) If changes need to be made to this order, the webmaster is free to make changes, but any significant change should be brought to the attention of the GSC.
