With the Newcomer Pamphlet, we made a decision to turn it back to the Literature Committee. We were supposed to also decide whether we considered the changes to be major or minor, since major changes require another round of fellowship feedback and minor changes do not. (I'm sure we'll all agree they're minor and let's be done with this thing.)
