CGAA Trustee Report to the GSC and Charter

Post by hirshthg »

Dear CGAA,

I encourage everyone to attend the upcoming General Service Conference (GSC). Attached is an unofficial report from the CGAA BOT and the approved Charter. We intend this report to:

1. convey general information needed by the fellowship to make an informed group conscience,
2. effectively passes the baton to the next board of trustees,
3. creates a record of the trustee's legal capacity and choices throughout 2014-2016,
4. provide the fellowship with a copy of the approved Charter and general minutes of the BOT.

If and when the BOT approves the attached report, its name will change to "Official CGAA Trustee Report to the GSC.

To clarify: the CGAA BOT was tasked with creating the Charter in 2014. The Charter was created and was approved by the BOT. As always, the BOT will follow any directives by the GSC to amend the legal documents. The CGAA BOT is a legal entity, tasked with efficiently carrying out the group conscience of the fellowship, expressed by the GSC.
