GSC regular meeting

The meeting began at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern US Time with the Serenity Prayer.

There were GSC members present representing the OOMG, the current Board of Trustees, and the Netherlands group. There was one non-GSC CGAA member present.

The group approved a proposal to move expeditiously to complete the selection of the new Trustees, by suggesting to the Trustees that they elect new Trustees quickly, from the slate of nominees provided by the groups through the GSC, and further approving that the GSC can then vote up or down on this slate by email before the next GSC meeting. This is due to the need to incorporate as soon as possible to protect our literature.

There was a discussion of this process.
There was discussion of possible agenda items for the next GSC meeting.

The following items were put forward as items for the agenda of the next GSC meeting:
1. The process of registering GSC members.
2. Discussion of 12 Concepts and Bylaws for CGAAIS
3. Priorities for the GSC (Literature, incorporation, etc.)
4. Discussion of procedure for requesting Trustee resignations.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5 p.m. Eastern time with thanks all around.
